The excitement surrounding the ECLIPSE 505 has been building for some time, and the recent unveiling of its hull validates this anticipation. The creation of the 505’s hull is the culmination of two years of relentless dedication and collaboration among the industry’s elite, including the iconic Michael Peters Yacht Design and the interior maestros from Design Unlimited. Over a thousand pages of meticulous drawings were crafted for the vessel’s exterior design, with thousands more devoted to the luxurious interiors. The newly crafted mold represents an awe-inspiring fusion of artistry and engineering prowess, shaping the hull into a true masterpiece.

The tooling of the hull mold, a uniquely complex process involving seven separate pieces, was executed with precision using a 5-axis CNC router.
